The Sports and Recreation Department has a program called Open Court which gives the Residencial Monte Hatillo services such as basketball,volleyball, kickboxing and Zumba latest and innovative and among other sports for seniors, adults and children is to all residents of this Residential is being carried out at different sites sometimesthey provide activities for family enjoyment.
Zumba is an aerobic workout that combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The teacher guides your movements to songs of reggaeton,merengue, salsa, hip hop and encourages you to exercise in seconds. Performing movements and repetitions that manage to increase your muscle tone. Works glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and the mostimportant muscle in your body: the heart.
Neither you nor your fitness age is a barrier to practice the exercises. Nor do you need to know to practice dancing. Only available and eager to have fun.Have you never dreamed move like Beyoncé or Ricky Martin?
