The bacterial endocarditic is a serious infection of the cardiac valves that support endocardicstructures by the bacteria contained in the blood, that gets until them by the sanguineous chain from places like mouth, gastrointestinal, skin and genitourinary, after procedures and activities that start with bleeding. It has with basic injury, the vegetation formation that usually develops in the cardiac valve and eventually in the epithelial area or in a big artery. The terms bacterialendocarditic acute ans sub acute still participate os the most used terminology and associate the disease evolution time with your clinical form. As the cardiopaths patients are more susceptible to the endocarditic, it is recommends to use antimicrobialses as the prophylatic medication, mainly when they are submitted to invasive procedures.
