Ethics Awareness Inventory
In my class I had to complete an Ethics Awareness Inventory where I would receive a summary score that would tell me my Ethics Awareness profile. The result of my ethicsawareness profile was most closely aligned with "character", and least closely aligned with "equity". This means that I see thing with character and will see others people inventory awarenessdifferently. My least closely alignment is equity it is base on the lack of knowledge and human judgment. It states that I use my personal experience to be able to handle current situations, and that thereis no standard of right or wrong (The Williams Institute for ethics and management, 2008).

Interpreting the EthicsAwareness Inventory results is important for personal and professional development, it helps distinguish between what’s right or wrong, and how to deal with common ethical issues. This is not learnin a couple days it will take time and ethical reasoning. After receiving the results of my profile it surprise me because I am a person with character, and I been told by friends and co-workers. Theysay that when I make my mind I will do it correctly without cutting corners. I also like to do what is right, I like to share knowledge with others so they can improve at work. I do not believe inholding out knowledge in my team, I like to teach them. I see things that surrounds me differently than my friends and co-workers. When my department is task with a projects I like to make sure that thetask is understood and that it gets done without violating laws, regulations, or companies policies. I like to be surrounded by people with good ethical values that I can trust and depend on them. Ilike to evaluate people with different ethical values or awareness. I respect people with good moral principles, integrity, honor, and good behavior this is something that I like when I am surrounded...
