Program Requirements:
A Green Belt certificate is awarded upon completion of six modules totaling 11 units and 112 hours of instruction. A Black Belt certificate is awarded upon completion of 13 modules totaling 20 units and 200 hours of instruction.

About The Instructor:
Henry “Hank” Rogers, M.S., M.B.A., certified Black Beltinstructor, director, Center for Applied Competitive Technologies. Rogers’ experience spans years of supervision, management, quality, consulting, training and engineering. He has developed and delivered major training programs in high-tech manufacturing environments. His specializations are in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, TQM and ISO-9000.
