Purpose:
I. Show one of the problems that twins can have.
II. Know the cases and why and where it occurs.
III. Know which are the procedures when a child presents those
kinds of problems.Introduction:
I. We are going to speak about “what is?”, “what are the procedures?”, “how it is diagnosed?”, “how deal with it?” and “how the family take it?” .
II. We choose this topic becauseis something too stange and no many people know about this case.
III. Fetus in fetus is basicly when there are twins and while trying to survive one of them get inside the other, when thatoccurs: the fetus develops some parts in the body of his brother.
In a certain moment the fetus can’t continue inside of the child and is necesary that the doctors take it out through a surgery.
Body:I. How is diagnosed?
2.1. Mainly what doctors do is touch the area where is the tumor.
subsequently given a scan and a tomography to the patient, in which they expect to find is the areawhich is located exactly, if this is a case of fetus in fetus is able to observe the formation of the spinal cord and possibly a deformed skull.

RN. Preterm Bagua from 26 hours of life, persistent crying and an episode of vomiting.
Prenatal:
Ultrasound 18 - 06-98. Two gestational sacs with normal embryos and theage of 7 weeks.
25/08/98 Ultrasound: pregnancy 17 weeks live single fetus and the presence of hematoma abruption.
Ultrasound 14 -12 to 98: Fetus only living with abdominal tumor and the presenceof polyhydramnios.
Background Hometown:
preterm cesarean product iteratively by polyhydramnios.
Physical Examination:
Stable vital signs, hypoactive, with moaning cry.
Abdomen: irregularmass palpable painful to deep palpation.
Rx simple chest and abdomen: (21 - 12 - 98)
