Being happy isn’t a mood it is a decision and a way of living .Frequently material values are conferred as the most important thing to be happy. But even your life condition in orderto be Humans we always are going to find difficulties in our way ,so happiness maybe it isn’t always been cheerful but it is an antidote for the most difficult hours. We currently live in acommunity that cares about everything to survive but not for being happy .Citizens seem like zombies strapped living in the stress of daily activities, who covered one eye to see just thenegative side where values are slowly forgotten and instead you see a smile in the street you look busy faces, the news doesn’t help showing just violent acts instead of the good things thatpeople had been making since the being of the earth . How to live an extraordinary life ,everyday? You go out your house and enjoy a little air and sunshine. Live with someone who stops to seethe stars. If the T.V had broken, you couldn't have repaired. Read a novel of century XIX. Write letters to your favorites friends with your favorite pen. Go out when have full moon and newmoon. Visit a different place with your family or friends. Help a stranger and the end smile. Do exercise, care your healthy and your diet. If everyone starts to do good things -for otherseven these are little- since today(Open the door to a classmate,smile,help in whatever) in a not far future this will become an habit therefore life will be better in community “My perfectday must have a time for laugh ,for think and cry “Jim Valvano.(Basketball trainer)
