The Hip Hop culture has a really important subdivision, its main branches are: the Mc, the Dj, the breakdance and graffity.
Rap is often confused with the Hip Hop, but we have tohighlight that Hip Hop is a culture, and the unity between the Dj and the Mc creates the rap.
The roots of Hip Hop can be found in the African-american Music and lately in the African music. The griots ofthe West África are singer’s groups and travellers poets which form part of an oral tradition that goes back to one hundred years ago. The vocal style is like the rappers.
