The Role
As a result of growth in the business, we are seeking experienced Computer Field Technicians to train up and work on Dell and Lenovo laptop/PC hardware across the Moree area.
You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient warranty repair work on customer equipment in a timely and courteous manner, also advising customers on preventative maintenance andconfiguration which may impact product performance. You will also take responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services or problem escalation.
Skills Required * Proven experience in generallaptop/desktop breakfix repairs and general IT knowledge to troubleshoot problems. * Ideally possess Comptia A+ certification or just have a real passion for laptop/pc hardware. * Strong customerservice orientation * Good communication skills both written and verbal * Strong administration/record keeping skills Key Responsibilities
