RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

El objetivo principal del presente estudio es determinar la factibilidad de la
creación de un multicine shopping y juegos recreacionales en la ciudad de Ibarra.
Para la diversión, entretenimiento sano de todos los habitantes de la ciudad, se
ha llevado a cabo el análisis de los diferentes aspectos que intervienen enesta investigación. Luego de conocer la situación actual del sector y tener una
visión clara

que al momento no existe un sitio como este, se procedió a

desarrollar el estudio de mercado en el que se analiza el comportamiento
de la demanda, oferta, precio.

Es

también

importante tener claro las

conceptualizaciones de los asuntos que abordan este tema, permitiendo formar
uncriterio sostenido. Se procedió a realizar un estudio técnico, analizándose
temas como localización,

tamaño e ingeniería del proyecto, donde se ha

determinado la viabilidad del proyecto. Posteriormente, se procedió a
desarrollar la organización administrativa, donde las diferentes áreas están
ubicadas acorde a los niveles jerárquicos que se muestran en el organigrama,
así mismo se detalla lasfunciones de cada individuo que forme parte de esta
organización. Finalmente, se realizó un análisis de impactos en los aspectos
social, económico, educativo-empresarial y ambiental. Con la estructura antes
mencionada y con los pasos aplicados eficientemente en la elaboración de este
estudio, se justifica la necesidad de emprender el proyecto presentado y la
conveniencia de la inversión.iii

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The main objetive of this study is to determine the feasibility to implement the
creation of complex – movie, shopping and recreational games in the city of
Ibarra. For fun,sane entertainment for all the inhabitants of the city, it has been
carried out the analysis of the various aspects involved in this research.After
learning about the current situation of thesector and having a clear view, that it
does not exist at the moment, proceeded to develop market study which
analyzes the behavior of demand, supply, price. It is also important to have clear
conceptualizations of the issues related to the theme, getting a sustained
criterion. It carried out the project, which has determined the viability of the
project. Then, we proceeded to develop theadministrative organization, where
different areas are located according to the hierarchical levels shown in the
chart, also out lined the functions of each individual who is part of this
organization. Finally we conducted an analysis of impacts on the social,
economic, educational, business and environmental. With the above structure
and effective applying to the steps in the preparation of thisstudy, it is justified
the need to undertake the project presented and the suitability of the
investment.
