Patient 2 : My shoulder, but my wife, how is she?
Paramedic 1 : She’s fine, mypartner will be assisting her
Paramedic 2 : Ms. , How do you feel?
Patient 1 : What happened to me? Where am I? Everything hurts, but mostly my head and I can’t stand my leg!!
Paramedic 2 : Ok Ms.We will assist you and we will be translating you to a hospital
Paramedic 1 : What type of health insurance do you have?
Relative: Social Security
Paramedic 2 : Good morning, we are paramedics fromthe Fire Department, I request the admission of two patients to be translated to the emergency room. The two patients were in a car accident, one with code orange and the other one code yellow. Thepatient with code orange is 23 years old with probable Fx of the Femur, with multiple wounds, she refers to pain in the chest with ESTERTORES CREPITANTES, normal pupils, VIENTRE DE MADERA CON T/A DETRANSLADO DE 140/90, FC 100, FR 18 with demand of oxygen of 3 liters per second. She is not allergic to any medication, her husband says the last thing she ate was two hours ago, she is disorientatedwith a Glasgow of 10. She was administered SOLUCION FISIOLOFICA of 1000 PARA VIA PERMEABLE
Reception: All right. The doctors will be waiting for them. How much time until they arrive?
Paramedic 2 :About 10 minutes

Paramedic 1 : Good morning, we have two patients, she shows Glasgow of 10, a fractured femur, multiple wounds, ESCOREACIONES, she refers to pain in her chest,you can hear ESTERTORES CREPITANTE, normal pupils, PRESENTA T/A DE TRANSLADO 140/90. She was administered oxygen, SOLUCION INTRAVENOSA PARA VIA PERMEABLE, she is disorientated. Her husband only refersto pain in his right arm and he’s disorientated as well.
Emergency Nurse: Ok the doctor is coming let’s move her to the bed, please.
