COLLABORATIVE WORK “WRITING”
Write one sentence for each of the following items:

 Music.

I like all kind of music, specially the most popular music heard in this part ofthe country, which is called Salsa. We dance it a lot.

 Weather.

In the part of the country where I live, the weather is wonderful, sunny most of the time, nice and warm. Customs

People in my region are easy going and they welcome all visitors and treat them as if they were old friends.

 Food

“Sancocho Valluno” is the best knowndish of my region, people all over the country enjoy it.

 Beliefs

People in my region are very religious, most of the people are Catholics and they attend to mass at leastonce a week, mostly Sundays.

 Geography

I live in the “Departamento del Valle del Cauca” which is a very large valley in between two mountain ranges.

 Touristic Places Wehave a lot of nice places to visit, for example, Cali, the departamento’s Capital is full of history in his architecture in some of the neighborhoods that is very old, from thetime of the Spanish colony.

 Wildlife

Wildlife in el Valle is very rich, we have all kind of exotic birds, some of Them are found only in this part of the country.CONCLUSIONS:
1) I like my region, because of the diversity of everything. Places, food, customs, and what is most important, its people. 2) The people of my region is very happy peoplewith a warm attitude towards Foreigners, so you feel always at home. 3) The beautiful landscapes and wildlife, makes my region a very nice place to spend a vacation.SUGGESTION:
I suggest foreigners to come an visit my region and enjoy all the good things we’ve got To offer, they will always be welcomed here. Come with an open mind and a smile.
