5- I usually hang out with my friends, we like have fun together, had a great time, they are like my second family.

9- I only sometimes go dancing alone in myroom, when a song I like.
10- I often read a newspaper, because my dad every day brings newspaper, and I read it only for the cartoons.
11- I sometimes go shopping, only go when I haveto buy a gift, or i need clothes.
12- I sometimes do exercise; I do it to be healthy.

*Your favorite series is on andyou feel hungry. Get a bowl of different fruit with a glass of juice instead of cookies and sodas. They are delicious and don’t contain fat. They are tasty, too.
It is hard to change yourhabits, but don´t give up. When you don´t feel like going out, turn on the radio, fin your favorite tune, and start dancing. It’s fun! Get off that couch and start your healthy life today!
