TASK I: MONOLOGUE Topic 1

You are now going to talk about a topic for two minutes. Remember that you are going to speak to the other candidate. The teacher will tell you when to start and when to stop. You should not interrupt the other candidate. When he or she finishes one of the examiners may ask you one question about what the other candidate has said.

TOPIC 1:Your Family • •

Introduce yourself briefly (name, age, occupation or studies).

Talk about the members of your family. Include two or more of the following points: Who do you live with? What do they do? What kind of things do you usually do together? Who do you spend the most time with?

Do you have a favourite relative? Describe him/ her. Do you look like anybody in your family? Do (ordid) you have to share your room with a brother or sister?

Would you like to change anything about it? Have you always lived there?. Do you get on well with your neighbours? Is your home in a convenient location?
