1. For this assignment, each group should submit the instruments that you used for your Needs Analysis project.For example, for interviews please submit the questions that you asked. For questionnaires, please submit a copy of the questionnaire. For tests, please submit acopy of the test, etc.

2. For each instrument used, which stakeholders were involved? When/how was the instrument used? How many people were involved for eachinstrument?

3. What did you learn from each instrument? This should be the largest consideration. Do not focus on solutions unless this was data youcollected from stakeholders. Simply report what your data indicates after considering the results. This is a summary of the data, in other words. Please talk with youranalyst group members to reach a consensus.

4. Finally, briefly consider if there are there any limitations to the data. Can the information be generalized tothe entire class, or will it only affect specific individuals? Any problems that you encountered? Surprises? Additional questions that arose?

Each group maysubmit a single report, but please share duties equally. Grading will be based on clarity of instruments used (#1 above), data included or not included (#2 above),balanced and clear summary of data (#3 above), and information included or not included (#4 above).
