*Introduction._
As a resume we can say that this is an amazing book,because explain very well the idea of the Africans Empires of the ancient times nearly century XVIII and orders, is important to mention that this book is difficult to find in the ordinary libraries here in Mexico because was written in Barcelona Spain, also we can read a lot of dates and tribes so rarest that we can find in all Africa, despite of the conquer of the Islam religion in some partsof the African continent like the Maghreb.
The principal idea of this book is that we can be transports to Africa for know ethnicities, fundamental realities and geographic sites so unknown for the rest of the world.
The author also want to explain how much Africa imports for the rest of the world because this territory was conquered for many Europeans cultures in the XVIII century and inancient times in general, the reason is easy to find, because Africa is known like the future America for his great natural diversity and natural resources also Africa is the cradle of the civilization, for all the world.
The important of the African culture is the originally in his religious beliefs, and in the African arts like music or magic rituals, people says that Africa was adapted the Europeansbeliefs but we can say that theirs continued with her amazing traditions, and nowadays is an example in the defense of the ancients traditions.
The principal object of that book is the study of the internal politics of the African black’s countries, like the author mention we can found a lot of heart in their living manners and their efficient dynamism.
Also as a conclusion this book explainthe more approximately African reality nowadays in an occidental world, is common to see a lot of new institutions in the black African continent that promotes in a conjunction the peace, the repulsion to the slavery and the combat to racism.

We can read in the entire book that there are many politics systems in the African continent, for example chapter speak about theexplanation of the conformation of a clan and headquarters that are principally granted inheritance among members more direct oldest clan chief.
For example in these clans the forms of government is the anarchy, that are common for the absence of a principal leader in the clan, because they only belief in olds traditions and the rules are in an religious concept, in the second place the headquarterswhere exist the figure of a boss of a family and religious origin, and the orders are like a totalitarian state, finally we can find the States that were originated for the external influence of the Islam world, wars, etc., this political figure absorb the anarchy and headquarters where a conquer diffuse the pre existents powers and origin the slavery and started a popular feudal mode, with nomercy for the opposites.
These kinds of societies are known like segmentations and States and most of them been reduces, suppressed or completed on the XXI century evolution, mostly in recent years. (1) Deschamps Hubert 1971
Like we known in Africa there are a lot of mystical and metaphysics beliefs that are very strange for most of us like when occur a bad conduct done by one of the community iscommon that the guilty be punished with a similar penalty like was his crime, for example is someone kill another one the guilty must be kill too or someone very important for he, may be one of her family or a very appreciated thing for him. It should be noted that the murder represented and continues to represent even in some African tribes and this practice is common nowadays in some regions...
