Resumen:

El derecho a la intimidad involucra al conjunto de actos, situaciones o circunstancias que por su carácter personalísimo, no se encuentran normalmente expuestos al dominio público. Protege tanto la intimidad de la persona como la de su familia, y comprende la libertad del individuopara conducirse en determinados espacios y tiempo, libre a de perturbaciones ocasionadas por terceros, así como la facultad de defenderse de la divulgación de hechos privados.
El derecho a la libertad de expresión e información ha sufrido un importante proceso de ampliación en su contenido y alcances. Así, a su tradicional referencia al derecho que asiste a toda persona de emitir y difundirlibremente ideas, opiniones, pensamientos o informaciones, sin necesidad de autorización ni censura previa, asumiendo ulteriormente las responsabilidades que de ello se pueda derivar, se han sumado ahora otros dos componentes:
El derecho de todos, y de cada uno de nosotros , a recibir libremente la infamación que otros emiten o producen, sin interferencias que impidan su circulación, difusión o elacceso a ella por parte de los usuarios o receptores.
Y también el derecho a procurar, buscar, investigar y obtener informaciones, así como a difundirlas. Se puede entonces afirmar que las libertades de expresión e información suponen actualmente el reconocimiento de un derecho a la información y a la comunicación.

The right to the privacy involves the set of acts, situations or circumstances that by the their most personal character, normally are not set out the public dominion. The privacy of the person like the one of its family protects so much, and includes/understands the freedom of the individual to conduct in certain spaces and time, frees to of disturbances caused bythird parties, as well as the faculty to defend itself of the spreading of private facts.

The right to the freedom of expression and information has undergone an important process of extension in its content and I reach. Thus, to his traditional reference to the right that attends all person to emit and to spread ideas freely, opinions, thoughts or information, without needing authorization nor itcensures previous, later assuming the responsibilities that from it can be derived, have added other two components now:

The right of all, and each of us, to freely receive the infamación that others emit or produce, without interferences that prevent their circulation, diffusion or the access to her on the part of the users or receivers.

And also the right to try, to look for, toinvestigate and to obtain data, as well as to spread them. It is possible then to be affirmed that the liberties of expression and information at the moment suppose the recognition of a right to the information and the communication.
