Usually in our daily life we use many objects and things that we have never thought were they come from or what are they made of. In the last decade therehave been things that have developed so widely, that they make part of almost every creation to make better the human life, like for example biotechnology.Between all this things created, the first one I found is the detergent; which makes part of biotechnology due to the use of enzymes in its creation process, this isa material that we could say the majority of the houses all around the world have, because it is basic for having your clothes clean. The second material Ifound in my house is the pain relieving pills such as ‘’dolex’’, this work also by enzymes, which go directly to the pain receptors, reducing their ability tocause pain. This product makes part of majority of houses in the world because it is really easy to acquire and it reliefs most of the daily pains such asheadaches, stomachaches, etc… The third product that I found was a harness made out of spider silk, this are made by introducing the genes of the silk spider in abig animal so it produces big amounts of this resistant material, to be able to make things like this. This is not very common but it was really interestingfinding what it was made off. The last and more obvious thing was the food because of things like yogurt, beer, cheese etc… which are important part of biotech,because they are the oldest products coming from it. This products also make part of majority of the houses around the world because they are common to eat.
