To whom it may Concern:
We the parents of Oscar Joseph Pinargote Ramirez are writing to you with great sincere, and hopefully a good cause towards our son.We know that our son in the past had committed wrong doings. Personally in our home we taught him and his brother and sister good manners, and gave them good education. But the lack of maturity andhim being young at the time made him commit mistakes that now after so many years we know that he regrets what he has done.
We as parents are very sad and worried, because our son Oscar life after somany years since he committed that criminal activity is still in danger. He cannot go back to our Home Country Ecuador because his life has been threatened. Also here in the United States hecollaborated with the United States Government while he was in prison against those individual that participated in the acts that our son was doing at that time. This in our point of view makes it moredifficult for him and for us.
Oscar decided to run away from all his troubles and problems and start a new life in Canada. Now that his older he has a family, a wonderful wife, and a beautifuldaughter. Oscar is a wonderful husband and a great father who takes cares of his wife and Daughter. It would be very sad to us to see our son be taken away from his wife and daughter.
Oscar has displayeda high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He is definitely a leader rather than a follower. His good judgment and mature outlook ensure a logical and practical approach to hisendeavors.
Please have mercy on him. Our son is not a bad person. He is a person who has goals in life and regrets and is very sorry for what he has done in the past. He is a changed person mature person.Once Again thank you for your time, wishing you the very best in considering our son an opportunity. We know you won’t regret it.
