My company will be base on soaps and the brand name will be Protex. First, the Protex company needs to concentrate on the four C’s mention on (http://www.customfitfocus.com/marketing-1.htm). I willsee what people needs or what they want and I will start in Puerto Rico because I more familiarize with the people there and they are easy to attract but very demanding with their wants and needs. IfI start doing well in Puerto Rico I think I will be able to broad the brand DP worldwide. Some latin singers stars begging their career in Puerto Rico many of them point that if they make a hit inPuerto Rico their doors will open for them to become an international stars. This is why I believe if my brand makes a hit in Puerto Rico then I am able to go worldwide little by little. Secondly, Iwill pick the colors for the different types of soaps that I am going to have for Protex. For example, for kids I will have soap with an animal design and with colors that attract the kids to play withthe soap some of the colors are: blue, green, orange, red, pink and other colors. These colors not just attract the kids’ attention, but the adults as well I just need to change design to be simplerand some people will like use it for decorations and I will have different styles for whatever their needs are. Protex products will be different from Irish spring and Dove which are two well knownbrands. Irish Spring which is made by Colgate has different types of soaps like Irish original, Irish Icy Blast, Irish Aloe, Irish microbe ads and Irish clean scrub(http://www.colgate.com/app/Colgate/US/PC/Products/BarSoap/Name.cvsp). These types have different feeling on the skin like Irish Icy Blast will let the skin feel refreshing, Irish original will let the skin feel clean but to dry. Dovewhich is known for skin care and hair do not have variations of products like Irish Spring. The Dove soap is more for female although, it has products for male , but I do not see product for kid....
