Free and Open Source Software Development Mentor's Training at the University of the Western Cape. Libre y Formaciónde Software de Código Abierto Maestro de Desarrollo en la Universidad de Western Cape. This week, free and open source software (FOSS) mentors from five African countries are being trained at the University of the Western Cape, under the auspices of a project code Mentored Internship Program (MIP). MIP is a flagship project bringing together partners: the Africa Virtual Online Initiative and Resources (AVOIR) and the ICT@Innovation project.
