Morrison´s customer service strategy is simple: to providethe best customer service.
Customer satisfaction is vital for keeping customers happy and loyal to the business.
Quality customer service adds value as it improves customerexperience, making them feel valued and therefore more likely to become a repeat customer.
Four key components of customer service are: Information, Specialist attention, After-sales service,Convenience.
Meauring customer service
Morrison focuses on customer service through an initiative called HOT that means hello, bid, thank you and your goal is to establish rewardingexperiences create an emotional connection between the customer and the store

Morrison Academy is committed to train all colleagues to deliver excellence in theirwork on the basis of experts. Morrison focuses on three areas training, coaching, communication.
