Never Say Never

On October 23rd. 2010 and after accepting to lift off a temporary injunction which I did giving Mr. Vera the opportunity to change his behavior narrated on case #2009-21814. Since then, Mr. Veranever modified nor change his behavior. On the contrary; the situation has gotten worse for me and my children. The subject continues his threatening and harassing behavior. He dissappears withoutgiving me any information as to where he can be contacted in case on an emergency. The example below states what he has been doing and how he has been acting towards his children and me. On February28, 2010 he called and asked to speak with his children. After speaking with his daughter, he asked to speak with the boys which decided that they didn’t want to speak with their father. Mr. Veraaccused me of instigating that situation. After a few hours, he called again. This time he started harrassing and threatening me accusing me of being a whore and a barrage of insults. This was done whileI put my phone on speaker so my aunt, Jossie Moran, could listen to what he was saying. Mr. Vera has already picked all his belongings the week before. At this time, he also started his verbal andalmost physical abuse (I had a female friend at home just in case he became violent). Mr. Vera keeps calling constantly every single day from different cellular phones so I wouldn’t be able toidentify who is calling. My children are emotionally affected by his behavior and constantly being questioning about my whereabouts. He questions my daughter which is the one closest to him and after thephone calls she appears confused and depressed. One of my boys, Lenny Vera, has been referred to a Phychologist because of misbehaving at school. I have made an appt. for him. I’ve had to startcounseling with a private Phychiatrist and for the first time in my life had voluntarily attended counseling in a private clinic.
I respectfully asked the court for child support which at this time...
