Nick Vujicic was born in a Christian family in Melbourne, Australia on the date 4th December, 1982 as the first-born child in his dedicated Serbian Christian household.From his birth onwards, he was cursed with the terrible and unusual Tetra-Amelia disorder: limbless, lacking both arms at shoulder joint, and having one little foot with 2 toes bulging from his leftthigh. There were no time or admonitions for his parents to prepare themselves for this tragedy..
His life was full with troubles and hardships, and as he says "There comes times in life when there willbe several violent storms and you may not be able to curb them, as often as they are going to come. But God is there and that's why I can be here and smile to you." We can watch him successful, withjoyfulness, in the battle with life daily. It was very tough for him to get practiced to it in early schooling years due to his physical disability, but with boosts and encouragements from his wellwishers and parents he overlooked the bullies and started making friends. Soon he and the others recognized that no matter how peculiar he was on the outside, he was just similar to everyone else frominside. As time went on he learned the art of writing with the help of the toes on his left "foot", he acquired the skills to use and work on computer using the method "heel and toe", and he could alsorespond to telephone calls, throw tennis balls, get a glass of water & he was even able to shave as he demonstrated in his demonstrations and speech presentations.
Nick completed his graduationfrom college at the age of 21 with double major in the branch Accounting and Financial planning and then he started his journeys and travels as a motivational & inspirational speaker, concentratingon the matters that today's teenagers face.
