Colombia está dividida en cinco Regiones principales de acuerdo con su ubicación. La región Caribe en la cual haré énfasis, estáconstituida por 8 departamentos que se encuentran en la parte norte del país, limitando con el mar Caribe, sus capitales son: Atlántico, Bolívar, Magdalena, entre otros. He mencionado solo estascapitales ya que han sido los seleccionados en este documento informativo.

CARTAGENA DE INDIAS is a city located on the on the Caribbean Sea and it’s currently the capital of the department of Bolivar. It is a nice city for its friendly people, museums,ancient buildings, beaches and islands and an active nightlife.
The best months of Cartagena are December and May for its constant breeze and a weather very nice.

The Colombian Caribbean kitchenis very complete, because the elements involved in a good development are varied and nuances of the flavors are different.
