RESUMEN

Este articulo nos da a conocer dos cosas muy importantes al momento de realizar un proyecto, una de ellas son las diferentesmetodologías que hay que aplicar para que un proyecto tenga éxito, por otra parte la semejanza que tienen estos métodos con la Resistencia de Materiales donde nos muestra cómo puede llegar a abarcar tanto campo el tema de tensión y poder mostrar, como las estructuras de acero, los equipos de desarrollo responden mucho mejor a la tracción que la compresión.

TENSION, MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS AND RESISTANCE OFMATERIALS

A patter that, along my experience as unroller it is repeated, it’s than someone unbecoming to the unrolling equipment, generally someone with a certain level inside of the enterprise and with no much knowledges about the software developmentor management of software projects, doesn’t lose the opportunity of making clear that the unrolling equipment has to keeping the tension.
Alwaysit seems that, out of the unrolling equipments it can be observing that the software unrollers we don’t put out at sufficient interes in order to the project progresses. Always we doubt about the unrollers professionalism and may be from a general point of view, we have mon it with hand and wrist.
However from inside of the unrolling equipments what it is common to perceive is a hollow pressure,only about word but no attended of actions that help to the equipment in order to get the progress.
Several modern development methodologies talk about this matter MSF uses the advocacy groups and the equipmemts between equals in order to build an ambient that let the project advances in a sane way. In scrum the sprint Restronspective Meeting and the management that the scrum master realizesabout the obstacles, ittries to make secure that it is acted upon those matters that stupefy the progress of the project. Even, the classic risk management of the projects follows this focus, although in a less explicit way.
Even when it looks Claire and it’s totally assumend un the modern development methodologies, that is more effective the focus of eliminating obstacles or risks than the projectsneed certain tension in order to get a “speed crossing” what secures that the project advances in a continue, focused and supporting way.

At the times that I was an Mechanical industrial engineering student, one of the subjects thatI really liked was strength of materials.
