2.1.- Generation Target.

For this homework assignment I decided to visit the world most famous fast-food restaurant “Mc Donald’s”.
I believe this isa restaurant that has change their business target to aim the “echo boomers” or “generation Y”, because one of the characteristics of this generation isthe fact that the echo boomers knows technology and is very familiar to it, and mc Donald’s decided that every single franchise must have touch computersas a registration machine what makes the process faster; wanting things faster is another characteristic of the echo boomers.
In addition to thetechnology in mc Donald’s there is also the sensor doors and water sensors in the bathroom. This way the echo boomers are comfort because they are familiarizedwith this equipment.
In the food they are doing everything by machines, what makes the process faster (which I stipulate is one of the characteristics) andthey are no mistakes, what transforms they’re product into a quality product.

2.2.- Natural Sustain.

In this assignment I choose the “green globe”from the Grand Velas Resort
The Grand Velas
This Resort got the “green globe” certification by promoting the think green mono. This hotel doesn’t wastepaper, but they re-utilized for other documents.
This Resort also separates the wastes, plastic, organic, etc. This way when the garbage truck picks upthe wastes it’s easier and better for the environment. All of their water griffins are regulated so that it doesn’t waste water and also paper disposers.
