Ethics norms: For immoral management, managerial decisions are discordant with accepted ethical principles, ,whereas for amoral management managerial activity isoutside or beyond the moral order of a particular code. Finally for moral management managerial activity is conform to accepted professionals standards of conduct.
Motives: For immoral managementtheir motives are selfish, for amoral management, their motives are well-intentioned but selfish, and lastly, for moral management their motives are good.
Goals: for immoral management their goals areprofitability and organizational at any price, for amoral, their goals are profitability, other goals not considered, and finally moral management’s goals are profitability following the law andethical standards.
Orientation toward law: according to immoral management legal standards are barriers, for amoral management, law is the ethical guide but the question is what managers can do legally,and at last, for moral management law is the minimal ethical behaviour.
