Back Ground:

-It was built in 1926 near Los Angeles.
-Was created for the storage of water in Los Angeles aqueducts.Disaster:

- The water get to much power over it and a catastrophic thing happen and the dam breaks the water destroy a hydroelectric plant and killed 450 persons.

Recovery:

-It wasdemolished

Lessons Learned:

-Yes the disaster could be prevented because it was an error badly discover because the water was creating some moody color on it and it created some cracks on it butMulholland said that the dam was safe so the continued the use of it.
-That when we see that and error or something like moody colors start appearing is because water is getting to much overturned so youneed to fortify it.

Conclusion:

-In conclusion I have learned that unexpected errors can occur in every building not matter how greatly it is created so when you created any building or inthis case that is a dam, the first thing you need to thought of it before making t is seeing the ways how to prevent this disasters or see how can I restrain of any incident occurred in the place.Bibliography:
