Cuando se hace una pregunta negativa con still, no se contrae el not con el verbo auxiliar sino que se coloca éste delante del verbo principal.  El still, según lo comentado arriba, se coloca antes del “not”.
(did you still not tell him? ¿No se lo dijiste aún?)(Was he still not there? ¿Todavía no estaba? / ¿No estaba todavía (él)?)
(Did you still nottell him? ¿No se lo dijiste aún?)(Have you still not seen the film? ¿No has visto la película aún?)
(Had they still not done it? ¿Todavía no lo habían hecho?  /  ¿No lo habían hecho todavía?)
(Is he still not here? ¿Aún no está aquí?)(Are you still not going to call him? ¿No vas a llamarlo aún?)
Does he still not have a job?= ¿No tiene trabajo aún (él)?

Con el verbo have – la posicion de la palabra still cambia si usas have or have got
