This article answers the question, "How can we develop ethical management behavior?" It employs a hermeneutic methodology to suggest training programs aimed atdeveloping ethical managerial competences, using the empirical results obtained from research conducted by the Universidad Nacional de Colombia Manizales campus research group Ethos. This articlediscusses management ethics, within the context of the concept of responsibility, and developing competences for ethical management behavior.
