I. Write a summary of the main events of the story:
This history is about an American family who move in to Londres (This family is formed by: the parentsMr. Otis, Mrs. Otis, Washington, who is the elder of the sons, then is Virginia Who is 15 years old, and then the twins) and bought a house that everyone says is haunted. When the family entry in thehouse found a stain of blood in the carpet of the living room Washington try to remove and can clean the stain but the next day the stain appears again.
The next day Mr. Otis cannot sleep and go tothe first floor and see a man. (A ghost) that have chains and the chains very noisy. So Mr. Otis takes the oil. And hand it over and let him to oil the chains because are very noisy. The Ghost wassurprised because Mr. Otis No feels Scared. The next day Mr. Otis says to the ghost that if you don´t oil your chains you get remove the chains because make much noise at night. The family feelssurprised because the stains of blood in the library again appears and change the color every hour. At night the family can’t sleep because listen a sound and the family under the stairs and see the ghost inthe floor whit an armor in the floor the twins begin to throw papers. The ghost glide to scare all the family in the night, the ghost go at 11 to begin to scare and found a spectrum or a monster whita pumpkin like a head the ghost frightened go to his room and think to speak whit the spectrum that see; the next day in the morning go to the place that see the spectrum and see in the floor apumpkin and understand that was a joke.
Virginia see the ghost in the house very sad and Virginia speak whit him and it is wrong to kill and the ghost said 300 years ago had not slept and that the onlyplace where I could sleep was the garden of death and told of the prophecy of the library: you have to mourn the sins the, you have to pray for his soul with her ​​and she proposed to do so.
