1.- What should you do next to successfully complete Project 01?
1. Develop a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP) that sells the customer on our ability to develop the product forthem with the right capability, qualities, and time frame to meet their needs.
2. The Project Management Plan will be developed in six individual parts with the first part to containthe scoping of the project to demonstrate that we understand what the customer wants.
3. The other five parts will be discussed later in detail, but briefly, they are the estimatesfor the project, risks, schedule, control strategy, and final document assembly.
4. The entire Project Management Plan will be provided to the customer at the end of the 15 weeks.5. You will be able to meet with the customer, but you must be respectful of their time.
