1.0 OBJECTIVE

Establish parameters for the activities that have criteria for measuring service for electromechanical assemblies when contracted unit price for the project Bayovar II located 900 kmnorth of Lima - Peru, Sechura Desert about 85 km south of Piura, and 30 km in Pacific Ocean.

2.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS

The terms established in this document determine unit pricecomprehensiveness for services related to each Take-off Worksheet (PQ) item.
These data shall be used by bidders to calculate bid price, criteria for Preliminary and Monthly Measurement Sheet preparation, checkingand approval, constituting measurement routines in the course of contract execution, are detailed in the Services Measurement Management Procedure (PR-G-277).

2.1 GENERAL ITEMS

The criteriaand services in this document clarify the interpretation to be applied by contractors and Vale when preparing and assessing activities related to each Take-off Worksheet (PQ) item.
The term“Installation” defines a series of stages, activities, and services defined in a non-limiting mode for each service item on the worksheet and intend to render material and/or accessory fully operational. Thismeans to say that all finishing and details have been completed, there being nothing else to be performed, but certain interdependent activities as related to operational stages or other equipment orsystems.

2.2 CONTRACTOR’S LIABILITIES

Any and all requisites for flawless service performance, as defined below, shall be part of contractor scope of activities:

• Supply of direct andindirect workforce including related charges.

• Supply of equipment, machines, tools, accessories, instruments, etc.

• Supply of transportation, loading, unloading, and site storage of all material,equipment, machines, tools, accessories, instruments etc. Supply of material at contractor’s account and for personnel involved in services, as well as material and equipment supplied by Vale,...
