What Is A Developed Nations?

WHAT IS A DEVELOPED NATIONS? WHAT ARE THE NECCESARY COSTS FOR A CIVILIZATION TO DEVELOP?
Many people think that a developed nation are those countries that have achieved a high degree ofindustrialization (currently or historically), and enjoy a high standard of living, made possible by the wealth and technology, but if we think better about it; a developed nation is more than this. LikeJavier rod (a young Bolivian writer) said “a developed nation is not that always win, but who knows up, which is capable of reaction…” I am agree with this position because I think failure isnecessary for the maturation of a country, a government, nation as much human life as, because it’s learned from the mistake.
According PROUT these are some conditions for a civilization could develop:* Have common ideals: because if we work for common ideals are easier to overcome difficulties and obstacles.
* A classless society: this principle should be the basis for any human societyand is essential to promote social unity.
* Social justice: many of the threats and insecurities of life may be removed by the simple recognition of the need for social community. A greateffort must be made to end the exploitation and unfair practices from the social structure. That will balance the individual welfare, creativity and productivity, concluding in strengthening the wholesociety.
* Discipline: this is an important point because the lack of discipline in the social and individual lives intensifies the social deterioration, excessive individualism and profit andimmorality corrode the true sense of the society, which is a unified movement.
I think if we had some of these conditions presented by PROUT maybe we would have a better quality of life andtherefore developed great nation. As I said before a develop nation is not for material things, but by the quality of people that we have and the proper use of these resources that God give us....
