Advantages and disadvantages of having a part-time job while college.
By the time students decide to enter college, a new world start for them. Life change 100% andnew responsibilities are added to our lives, besides of being responsible with our classes, study and grades, we need to take care of ourselves and learn to live withmoderate money. That’s why an important amount of students decide to have a part-time job that helps them to have enough money to their basic needs.
As many subjects inour lives having a part-time job had advantages and disadvantages. As we read before, having a part-time job help students to cover their basics needs like food, money forpublic transportation, photocopies, personal stuffs, etc. The money can also be useful for any emergency or inconvenient that a student could have, and of course that isalso useful for those moments with friends that require a good investment like go clubbing, rides to botanic garden, etc.
The disadvantages of having a part-time jobincludes not having enough time to study or be responsible with college duties, being this a huge problem because it is always important to maintain good grades for futuresscholarships. Health care is also very important, having a part-time job can produce an important grade of stress and being tired all day affects concentration levelsand keeps people with bad behavior.
Having a part-time job can be very helpful and also very distracting for your duties, but if you have the possibility of combine bothand being organized and focus you will maybe found the perfect balance and keep the routine, after all have enough money and study hard will take you to success.
