5 Propuesta De Metodología De Desarrollo De Software Abstract

Since its inception the University of Computer Sciences has encouraged the development of software and training and commercial line in support of the university teachingprocess and to the quarry business in our country with the intention of making the production of software in one of the major export items of our economy, consolidating itselfas the headquarters of software development in Cuba.
The center of this work is the software development methodologies used in this institution and its adaptation to thereality in the domains and structures on it, specifically focused on the impact of different rules and regulations on the use of development methodologies such inconsistencywith the reality of existing development teams and internal characteristics
Currently one of the departments of the Development Center for Medical Informatics (CESIM)belonging to the faculty of the university in July is working the Development Group for Medical Equipment Management (GDEM) which is mainly used to develop products that coverdifferent areas and systems development processes for the management of medical technology in the country.
For this group, given the experience accumulated over 8 years ofdevelopment and the study of the software development methodologies existing and currently used within this institution, as well as the characteristics and status of projectsto be developed, proposed methodology performs a software that will: ensure the successful conclusion of the products developed by the group, to achieve optimal levels ofquality and acceptance of solutions, and a high performance development teams.
