An injustice done to one person is a threat made to the whole society. Dear. Mr. Benny I don't think that firing a teacher just because she have a accent. My first reason why I’m disagree with youthis is because in injustice. Second, because everybody have the same rights.Third and last but not least reason its because I think you are taking the easy way and This is not fear.What happened ifthe firing one were you.
first of all, its injustice with the teacher, because the accent its not a big ideal why you have to firing her.For example; today’s in days mostly everybody its fromHispanic family, and the accents its not a options for us its something that just have and cant changes it. believe or not this is take such as a discrimination's, because you are denying a job to aperson just for their way to speak.Discrimination's its not just about it color its about a lot of things.
Another reason its because everybody have the sames right. I put my self in the place of theteacher and let me told you something this can cause a lot of problem because its not a about the job, you got to think that she can have serious problem with her self-esteem. because she may think thatjust because her accent will not accept her in anyplace.You know that she can demand you, for lack of reason for dismissing her.
Last but not least reason its because this is the most easiestway out of problem ignoring that this may bring more the one trouble. As an example,you just firing her because she and accent and the student mostly don’t understand her but why you just firing her?.I think if you want her to stay you better do something else, why you don’t help her to trying to change or just told her to speak slower. There are many things you can do that is not dismissingher. So you better think about it because maybe you think its the best options but its not.
