You already know how important it is to speak good English in an international working environment if you work with a company which does business a broad youprobably read and write a lot of English too. Writing, just like speaking, is communication in our letters and e-mails we need to express many thing: authority, gratitude, dissatisfaction, etc.expressing our selves well and with the correct level of formality is a skill.
