High blood preasure
Blood preasure is the force exerted by blood as it moves through blood vessels.normal blood preasure for a young adult is about 120/80 butmay be lower.Hypertension occurs when one or both numbres elevates.high blood preasure causes the heart to work harder than normal ,so it weakness over time. Because high blood preasure damagesarteries, they become less elastic.
Hypertension usually can be controlled by medication, diet, and exercise.

Clogged and hardened arteries
The inside walls of the arteries can collect deposits of fats, cholesterol, waste products and other materials.this build up is a plaque and its accumulation leads to arteriosclerosis. Arteriosclerosis is the hardening and narrowing of the arteries. High bloodlevels of cholesterol and fats, high blood preasure and smoking can all caouse the plaque to collect on artery walls. Plaque builds up slowly over time. As the plaque layers thikens, the arterynarrows.so blood preasure increase.

Heart attack
A heart attack occurs when the blood supply to part of the heart muscle is gratly reduced or stopped. This happens when one or more arteries that carryblood to the heart are bloocked.
A heart attack can be caused by plaque build up in an artery in the hearts wall.It can also happen if a blood cot forms elsewhere in the body , braks away and getsstuck in and blocks an artery suppliying the heart. If the blood supply is cut off for more than few minutes, cells in the affected area die frome lack of oxigene.Succesfull treatmen of a heart attackdepensds on a fast response.Medications can be given and there are treatments, such as surgery, are aimed at increasing blood flow to the heart.
