RESUMEN
La conciliación armónica de las actividades forestales, agrícolas y ganaderas sobre la
base de un ordenamiento territorial, define el adecuado uso múltiple y racional de los
suelos según las características de los mismos en los diferentes ecosistemas sin
afectar el medio. Por brindar alternativas que contribuyan al desarrollo socioeconómico
de lascomunidades locales como factor de mejoramiento del nivel de vida de la
población y por la recuperación y conservación de los recursos naturales y el
ambiente; se otorga hoy en día, importancia científico técnica a los sistemas
agroforestales. En el contexto actual, la promoción de todas aquellas tecnologías que
tienden hacia el desarrollo de una agricultura sostenible, la interacción conjunta deplantas como elementos estabilizadores de la ecología, pueden contribuir a alcanzar
los objetivos que se persiguen con los sistemas agroforestales con un efecto
beneficioso e imprescindible para la economía, la ecología y la sociedad. Sin embargo,
a pesar del grado alcanzado en el conocimiento y perfeccionamiento de estas
técnicas, de la existencia del personal técnico calificado, de la políticaexplícita y de la
existencia de dispositivos legales; hoy los problemas globales, financieros y subjetivos
existentes, desafían la estructura de organización y mecanismos operativos, lo que
hace que la utilización del aprendizaje sea limitado y crea una debilidad científica y
tecnológica para la aplicación de los sistemas agroforestales lo que puede ampliar la
brecha conducente al deteriorode los recursos naturales básicos que el hombre
necesita para su desarrollo.

SUMMARY
The harmonic reconciliation of the forest, agricultural activities and cattlemen on the
base of aterritorial classification, it defines the appropriate multiple and rational use of
the floors according to the characteristics of the same ones in the different ecosystems
without affecting the means. To toast alternative that contribute to the socioeconomic
development of the local communities as factor of improvement of the level of the
population's life and for the recovery and conservation ofthe natural resources and the
atmosphere; today it is granted in day, importance scientist technique to the
agroforestry systems. In the current context, the promotion of all those technologies
that spread toward the development of a sustainable agriculture, the combined
interaction of plants as elements stabilizers of the ecology, they can contribute to reach
the objectives that are pursuedwith the agro forestry systems with a beneficial and
indispensable effect for the economy, the ecology and the society. However, in spite of
the grade reached in the knowledge and improvement of these techniques, of the
qualified technical personnel's existence, of the explicit politics and of the existence of
legal devices; today the existent global, financial and subjective problems,challenge
the structure of organization and operative mechanisms, that makes that the use of the
learning is limited and believe a scientific and technological weakness for the
application of the agroforestry systems and this can enlarge the conducive breach to
the deterioration of the basic natural resources that the man needs for his
development.
