INDUCTION SEALER
Operation Manual
INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of our IND-1500 Bi/IND-2000Bi Induction Sealer. The Technology of heat sealing the aluminum multiplex material by the use of electromagnetic induction is the most popular sealing technology used to seal bottles in modern industry today. Electromagnetic Induction Sealing has become anindispensable part used in the medicine, pesticides, cosmetic, foodstuff, and other trades which require an air tight, tamper poof seal to their valuable products.
CHARACTERISTICS
The Bi Series Induction Sealer creates a high frequency electromagnetic field using the cap´s metallic seal to close the circuit causing a heating effect between the seal and the bottle , thus activating the seal´sglue and creating an air tight seal for your product. This process all happens without any physical contact between the bottles and the sealer. The Bi Series uses blast cooling and compulsive cooling techniques which greatly improve the stability and reliability of the machine while improving this machine´s working efficiency.
The transport belt will automatically stop if a failure occurs duringoperation, to avoid the mixing of sealed bottles with bottles which have not been properly sealed.
There is an input power level meter and applied current meter providing you a visible measure of the power applied so that fine adjustment to the speed of the transport belt can be made during a sealing run to ensure the quality of the sealing .
The transport belt motor regulator has a function thatcan make automatic speed adjustments during a run according to its applied power in order to accomplish the best possible seal.
The induction head height is adjustable allowing for bottles ranging in size from 40mm to 300mm or 1 ¾ to 11 ¾ inches

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Select a proper location where the Bie SeriesInduction Sealer will be stable on a firm and level floor. Aside from the power cable, a reliable grounding wire should be connected. Avoiding this ground will void your warrantee. The proceed to supply the sealer with 220 VAC .
2. Both, the power supply cable and the grounding wire cannot be of less than 16 gauge. A line conditioner must be installed when power supply is not reliable, to assureproper operation and not jeopardize the life of the Induction Sealer.
3. Machine should be used in a clean, dry, dustless, non-corrosive, and well ventilated environment . Placing the machine in such an environment will shorten the operational life of the machine
4. This machine is only suitable for sealing plastic, glass, and paper vessels. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEAL METAL OR OTHERCONDUCTIVE BOTTLES.
5. The induction film should of the same type as that of the vessel being sealed. The induction film must have thickness between 0.015mm-0.03mm, and cannot be the vacuum sealing type; otherwise, the quality of the seal will be less than perfect.
OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Apply 220 VAC, and turn on the power switch. Observe the Power Meter as it will display the appliedvoltage CAUTION: DO NOT REPEATEDLY SWITCH THE POWER ON AND OFF. YOU MUST WAIT NO LESS THAN 5 SECONDS TO RESTART THE MACHINE AFTER IT HAS BEEN TURNED OFF. THIS WILL DAMAGE THE MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD OF THE MACHINE.
2. Adjust the clearance of the bottom of the induction head and the top of the bottle. The top of the bottle must be between 1mm-3mm from the induction head. Adjust the guide bars to...
