he concept of Childhood varies considerably along historyand among various societies and cultures. However, from my point of view, childhood is a time where human beings take different meanings depending on the outlook that you want to address the issue ofchildren. In a biological vision, childhood comprises from 0 to 10 years, where the human being develops most of his cognitive, functional, psychomotor and physical abilities. In the social sphere,childhood can often be seemed as a childlike from the adults, the infant is appeared as a vulnerable and unprotected human being that needs taken care, but according to the paradigm that inserts insociety.

This first stage of life is fundamental for development because it will depend on subsequent developments, and its key features would be the physical, motor, and socio-linguistic skills.Moreover, for a better understanding of this topic, the concept of child in which case is related to childhood should also be understood.
