Taste

Another sense is the taste, this sense captures the composition of the things that we put in our mouth, and these things are divided in four principal groups, salt, sugar, bitter and acid.All this flavours are separated in the different zones of the tongue, which cause us a very big variety of stimuli.
In my opinion, this sense has been very underdeveloped over the last decadesbecause we have almost only been eating cooked food which don’t allow to taste different kinds of flavours, and with the artificial food, the taste is unnecessary for just an only reason, and is becausethe artificial food creates, in my opinion, flavours which aren’t for the things that we are eating, as the crisp were, the flavour that they have is totally artificial.
An example of this is theacid’s flavour, because when we eat it we react like that because most of the things that poisonous for us are acid, and with the artificial which tries to simulate this flavour, what are we doing, isdestroying a defence system.
From my point of view our society is killing this sense with its fast food, with the sweets… only the traditional Mediterranean typical food allows us to eat a variety offood that is necessary for our health.

Earing


One of the sense that mostly all the animals have better than human is the earing, this sense allows us to distinct different kinds ofsounds and even be able to clearly separate it into different groups, as could be a human voice, a glass breaking…
I think this sense is underdeveloped compared to other animals for a simple and isbecause we don’t need a better earing, because we only need to ear other people’s voice and other sounds that are near to it, but the animals need it in a more powerful way to be able to survive in all theforms that could be (a branch breaking could safe a deer to be hunted).
