Colombia y Somalia: ¿Es posible una relación de capital social, nexos y flujos migratorios?

Resumen
Los movimientos migratorios a lo largo de la historia han sido una constante dentro del desarrollo y evolución de los pueblos, originados bajo diferentes motivaciones e intereses. Todos los continentes del mundo han experimentado flujos migratorios ya sea como receptores oemisores de personas. Sin embargo el continente Africano ha experimentado desde los origines de la civilización humana una amplia e importante cadena sistemática de migraciones. No en vano se considera a Africa el centro y cuna de nuestra civilización, y no en vano es el segundo continente, después de Asia con los mayores índices al respecto.
Este trabajo plantea la pregunta sobre eldesarrollo del concepto de Capital Social, y su aplicación directa en el flujo migratorio de los países del cuerno africano y en particular el caso de Somalia, dentro del distrito capital de Bogotá.
Para abordar el interrogante y aproximarnos a certezas y respuestas más indicativas, se identifican conceptos, y definiciones dentro de un análisis sistémico del factor migratorio y su desarrollo en unainvestigación de un caso particular en la ciudad de Bogotá, buscando la validación o negación del capital social surgido por la presencia de comunidades del PCA y en particular de Somalia en la capital colombiana. La estructura del trabajo comprende cuatro partes: La primera trata los conceptos, definiciones y aspectos generales relativos a las Migraciones. La segunda parte hace una breve descripcióndel perfil del continente africano y en particular del denominado Cuerno Africano (Somalia). La tercera parte aborda de manera profunda el concepto de Capital Social. La cuarta sintetiza un análisis de caso particular, se generan reflexiones sobre la pregunta inicial y las conclusiones derivadas de la investigación.

Abstract
Migratory movements throughout history have been a constant in thedevelopment and evolution of peoples, originated under different motivations and interests. All continents of the world have experienced at different moments the migration phenomenon, either as receptors/hosts or issuers of people. However, the African continent has experienced since the origins of human civilization a wide and systematic chain of migration. Not in vain, is considered the core,origin and the cradle of our civilization, and not in vain is the second largest continent, after Asia with the highest rates of migration.
This work raises the question of developing the concept of Social Capital, and its direct application to the outflow of the countries in the Horn of Africa and in particular the case of Somalia, within the capital district of Bogotá.
To address the questionand approach certainty and indicative responses, this paper identifies concepts and definitions within a systemic analysis of migration and development factor in an investigation of a particular case of Bogota, seeking validation or negation of social capital that arose from the presence of communities of HAC (Horn African Countries) and Somalia in particular in the Colombian capital. Thestructure of the paper comprises four parts: The first deals with concepts, definitions and general aspects of migration. The second part provides a brief description of the profile of the African continent and in particular the known Horn of Africa (Somalia). The third part discusses in depth the concept of Social Capital. The fourth part summarizes the results in comparison with the original questionand given some conclusions of the investigation.
