Columbine massacre

The Columbine High School massacre occurred on April 20 in Colorado is a consequence of what I call “zero gun control”.
“Two senior students,Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, embarked on a massacre, killing 12 students and one teacher”
That’s what I read on the newspaper. The first thing that came to my mind was…Did they really want to dothis? Do we have to blame them of what society has done to our souls? What’s wrong with authorities?
After meditating for a week, I got to a point: GUN CONTROL and the availability of firearms in theUnited Stated.
First of all I have to say that I hate guns. I think that they are not the solution to human’s problems. The answers of them remain in just one word: PEACE. Apparently, human beingsdon’t know that.United States seems like a nation of crazy gun-loving looneys who would rather shoot than think. Freedom isn't having a gun at your side. That's obligation and slavery to fear, wehippies, know that.
The United States has had about fifty years as one of the worlds major powers shared with communist Russia. Now in a twenty year period, we are having this kind of problems!
Thereasons of why I think gun control is responsible are the following ones:
-Concealed weapon laws
In over half the states, all non-felons are able to obtain licenses to carry concealed weapons, also,Vermont, has no licensing or permit requirement for carrying one.
- Regulation of private sales to minors
Under federal law, minors under 18 are prohibited from possessing guns and minor under21 are prohibited from purchasing guns from dealers. However, minors 18 and over are able to obtain weapons through private sales.
-Ban on "Saturday Night Specials" and other "junk guns"
These aresmall, easily concealed lightweight guns which are unreliable but have appeal to criminals because they are easy to carry.
