Is it alearning organization?
Do people believe change is possible?
Yes, people believe every change is possible because they have the aim to improve and make things work. Every moment theybelieve they can do it better and that is one of the most important things this organization has.
If change is possible, how will it take to bring it about?
Every time a mistakeoccurs, there is a supervisor who is responsible of making things going on. If there is a deviation, he is the one who makes things back on track. So, he is a kind of organizer.
