Crime and their punishment

Not everyone that committes a crime should be punished, why am i stating this? not all the crimes deserve the same punishment, it depends on the seriousness of the crimecommitted. I personally think that we need differents punishments for each crime, in order to do this, we need to discuss about diferent type of punishments shuch as imprisionment, or capitalpunishment, this last one gives a lot to discuss.

On one hand, imprisionment is the best option, because if you committe a crime, then you will, in a way, learn the lesson about the things that you can'tdo in our society because you'll get punished.Now thinking about capital punishment, obviously for serious crimes like murdering or rapeing, it could be a good option, this type of legal punishmentsends a direct message to the society, scareing people about committing one of this crimes otherwise they will be killed, preventing criminals to committe them, and when this is done the family of themurdered person feels that justice has been done, but i think that that is something vocious.

on the other hand imprisionment couldn't be so good because its proved that in prisions some criminalslearn how to be a professional criminal by listening experiencies that other criminals in there have, and there is a high percent of criminals that go out of prision knowing a lot about how tocommitte ''safe'' crimes.About capital punishment the most important problem here is that the justice can't find the real criminal in some cases, and someone that is inocent could die, apart from that,punish a criminal by killing him teachs the society that in some cases to kill someone is ''good'', and it isn't a good message to people.
In conclusion the punishment should be different depending onthe crime, but the real problem in this two type of punishments, is justice, before thinking about how we should punish someone, we need to improve our justice system, we wouldn't be able to accept...
