¿Cómo expresar ser con el verbo to be ?
Para expresar ser con el verbo to be sólo se debe agüere la palabra “a” o “an” ( “un” o “una” ). Ejemplo. I am a student

I am a student Yo soy un estudiante
You are a secretary Tu eres una secretaria
He was my cousin El fue mi primo
She is my colleague Ella es mi colega
They will be professionals Ellos serán profesionales
It will be a house Esta será una casa


¿Cómo expresar estar con el verbo to be ?

Para expresar el verbo estar se agrega “in” adentro o “at” nonecesariamente adentro ( “en” o “a” )

He is in the office El está en la oficina
He is at his desk El está en su escritorio
He is in the warehouse El está en la bodega
We were at Santiago Nosotros estábamos en Santiago
He was at the Black El estuvo en la Negra
I am at the North Yo estoy en el norte
They will be in the Workshop Ellos estarán en el taller
I am happy Yo estoy feliz

NEGACION TOBE

I am not Yo no soy o yo no estoy
I was not Yo no fui o yo no estaba ( Contracción Wasn’t )
I will not be Yo no sere o yo no estaré

INTERROGATION

Present Pasado Futuro
You are a secretary He was a boss We will be in Chile
Are you a secretary Was he a boss? Will we be in Chile?

EJERCICIOS
