EMPRESA: Organized set of different types of resources autonomy from the employer, in the sense that it can be passed from one person to another, that is, the employer can change.But in any case without an employer legally capable, that organized set of resources can not intervene in trade. - Responsabilidades:
a) The “empresario” responds like every debtor, with all its present and future assets.
b) The employer'sliability arises in contractual and extracontractual field, either for breach of contracts with other people or damage caused outside the contractual scope.

PERSONA JURÍDICA: the “empresario colectivo” responds unlimited with all its assets.
