The desserts are sweet foods that are usually served as the last course of ameal. They have always had a wonderful sense and magical for children. Even many adults cannot get through the day without tasting some delicious cake. Also, the desserts have different benefits. Forexample, the chocolate ice cream helps to reduce pain and stress and make you feel happy.

Different countries around the world have a lot of desserts that they have created according with theircultures, beliefs, and tastes. These sweet foods include cakes, ice creams, pies, cookies, and candies.
